Who is this for?
Yearly and Lifetime subscribers. The study requirement is to maintain an unbroken daily study streak.
What is refunded?
100% of the subscription amount actually paid for the qualifying purchase, including when a coupon reduced that amount. This offer is a refund commitment, not a promise of exam selection or a top-100 rank.
How to request your refund
If you do not clear Prelims and have maintained your daily study streak, email [email protected] with the subject “Prelims money-back guarantee claim”. Support will help verify the purchase, daily streak and exam outcome and arrange the refund. Sending a request does not itself issue an automatic refund.

Contact support if your recorded streak is missing or appears incorrect. Never email passwords, OTPs, card details or authentication tokens.
