Your account, your choice
Privacy Policy
This page explains what information UPSC.one uses to deliver your study tools, manage your subscription and help you with your account.
Updated 23 October 2026
Account and subscription information
We use the phone number or email associated with your sign-in, account identifiers and subscription records to authenticate you, activate access and provide support. Sign-in uses our mobile verification service or Clerk with Google, depending on the option you choose. Messages you send to support are used to handle your request.
Payments
Razorpay processes checkout. We keep order, payment-reference and verification records needed to confirm purchases, activate access and review refunds. Payment details you enter into Razorpay are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.
Learning progress and browser storage
Your revision vault, bookmarks, quiz results, listening activity and study goals are saved in your browser. Preferences and edition caches also use browser storage; necessary cookies and session records support sign-in. Signing out clears account-related local state, but cached public content or preferences may remain. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes locally stored progress and downloads; it does not delete your server account or purchase records.
First-party analytics
Our own analytics measures visits and the subscription funnel using tab-session identifiers and allowlisted source, campaign, creative and plan fields. These events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, account identifiers, payment identifiers, IP addresses and full referrer URLs. Analytics event records are retained for up to 180 days. They measure tab sessions, not unique people.
Optional Meta browser advertising measurement is disabled: we do not load Meta Pixel or send browser checkout or purchase events to Meta.
Service providers
Authentication, verification, payment, hosting and content-delivery providers process information needed to operate their services. Our site’s analytics exclusions do not describe the separate technical or security logs those providers may maintain. We do not publish your phone number or email address as purchase proof.
Retention and your choices
Account and purchase information is kept to provide access, resolve support requests and maintain necessary transaction, fraud-prevention and legal records. We do not promise immediate erasure of records that must be retained. You can request account deletion, correction or information about your data by contacting support. See how to delete your account for the verification steps and what happens to your subscription and local progress.
